What you will do

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries within a client services environment.
  • Manage operations within enrollment platforms, case management systems, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Support Annual Enrollment and other critical benefits events, providing executive-level support when required.
  • Present quarterly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and service performance metrics to client leadership.
  • Partner with internal SMEs in configuration, compliance, and HSA/FSA to resolve system and data issues.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with client HR, finance, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration with direct responsibility for employee benefit inquiries.
  • Hands-on experience with client-specific benefits systems, enrollment platforms, and case management tools.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and enrollment processes.
  • High degree of professionalism and communication skills for interacting with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting clients on the hirify.global platform or similar benefits administration tools.
  • Experience managing large or complex benefits clients within a highly matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with eligibility, compliance, and vendor coordination processes.
