What you will do

• Plan and execute retention campaigns and promotional activities for African markets.
• Monitor and report on key metrics including Retention, Reactivation, and ROI.
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve retention tools and reporting.
• Ensure regional offers are delivered on time and remain competitive.
• Coordinate with external partners for campaign execution.
• Provide regional operational input for personalization and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in the Online Casino or iGaming industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken.
• Must be eligible for a South African employment contract.
