What you will do

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including webinar coordination and registration logistics.
• Use AI tools to draft copy, automate repetitive tasks, and build internal tools to improve team speed.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and audit records within Salesforce.
• Track campaign outcomes, follow up on demos, and report on key performance metrics.
• Administer campaign rewards and incentives for target audiences.
• Document workflows and build SOPs to ensure long-term process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore or able to work from the Singapore office.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.
• Strong interest in the intersection of AI and marketing operations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to enable collaboration with US-based teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with AI prompting or basic coding/vibecoding.
