What you will do

• Coordinate approval processes for visual materials used in packaging, marketing, and in-game experiences.
• Manage complex and tight project schedules with internal and external partners across multiple time zones.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese to facilitate project requirements.
• Direct discussions and coordinate communication between diverse stakeholders.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in the localization of software and visual assets.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken Japanese and English (C1 level required).
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Demonstrable ability to organize and prioritize heavy, diverse workloads.
• Strong leadership skills in directing discussions and stakeholder coordination.
• Professional experience using both Japanese and English in a business context.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
