What you will do
- Lead and manage the full end-to-end bid process from opportunity qualification to final submission.
- Develop bid strategies, win themes, and customer messaging in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate bid programmes and timelines to ensure submissions are delivered on time.
- Write and edit compelling, client-focused tender responses, translating technical info into persuasive content.
- Manage clarification questions, procurement portals, and client correspondence.
- Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and document repositories for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing end-to-end bid submissions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bristol.
