What you will do

• Manage the Toledo Driveline HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries.
• Conduct new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process, including I-9 processing and badge creation.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems for hourly candidate recruitment.
• Conduct interviews for various positions across Toledo and Napoleon facilities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate personnel folders.
• Assist the HR department with various administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, policies, and procedure manuals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toledo, OH.
