Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 / year

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records using asset management tools.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and basic administration in Jira and Confluence.
- Assist with equipment setup, swaps, and replacements for onsite and remote staff.
- Contribute to helpdesk documentation, knowledge base articles, and compliance audits.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles
- 1–3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with asset management tools like Snipe-IT.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence administration.
- Exposure to IT compliance or audit processes.
- Interest in growing within IT systems, administration, or security.
