What you will do

• Own core product features for large enterprise customers, from onboarding to scaling account management tools.
• Solve complex problems involving automated lifecycle management, APIs at scale, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate in a triad-based model with engineering and design to deliver product value.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive technical conversations.
• Conduct product discovery and advocate for user needs based on empathetic research and data.

Requirements

• Experience working on technically complex SaaS products.
• Must be based in the US and have legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Proven ability to set a product vision while delivering iterative value quickly.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on feedback and cross-team alignment.
• Preference for experience with tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics software.
