What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and outcomes for ingest, querying, data retrieval, and internal design systems.
• Prioritize scalable and reliable capabilities to support long-term strategic product visions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to facilitate effective product delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to stay aligned with field requirements.
• Advocate for user interests by deeply understanding customer pain points and feedback.
• Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing within the product management community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• No visa sponsorship or support available
• Strong experience in technically complex spaces, preferably with tracing, metrics, monitoring, or analytics software.
• Proven ability to act as a systems thinker, understanding the interconnectedness of backend services and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to give and receive feedback.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive product discovery from prototype to GA.
