Salary: $200,000 – $240,000

What you will do
- Achieve individual revenue targets through strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology account management.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, including recruiting and onboarding.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
- Engage with scientific, clinical, and technical audiences regarding healthcare data assets and AI/ML applications.
- Contribute to commercial strategy and provide voice-of-customer insights to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling RWD, RWE, healthcare analytics, or clinical research solutions to life sciences.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of developing sales professionals.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Proven history of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise-level life sciences sales environments.
- Strong understanding of observational research, epidemiology, and AI-enabled analytics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MD) in a scientific, clinical, or healthcare discipline.
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams in a high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and evidence-generation use cases for pharma and biotech.
