What you will do

• Build trend-setting features for the Generative AI field to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Design and deliver large-scale, scalable, and fault-tolerant software systems.
• Develop core components for an AI-powered assistant that unifies disparate enterprise data sources.
• Collaborate with AI/ML practitioners, applied scientists, and architects to deliver strategic technical projects.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Santa Clara, CA, USA
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design and architecture (reliability and scaling).
• Experience developing large-scale distributed applications using Java, C++, C#, or Perl.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with distributed Python services, TypeScript/React desktop apps, or LLM-backed agent runtimes.
• Proficiency with Electron, WebSockets, and event-driven streaming architectures.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, agent frameworks, and interoperability protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP).
• Knowledge of memory/knowledge graphs, semantic search, and vector stores.
• Experience in Full Stack and Gen-AI development.
