What you will do
- Develop and ship features for AWS Kiro that improve how developers build and maintain software.
- Orchestrate AI workflows across dozens of models and implement intelligent routing for development tasks.
- Design and build the context layer so interactions become smarter across complex workflows.
- Scale Kiro across distributed systems and real-time streaming while meeting reliability and security standards.
- Lead from day one by owning critical systems and defining technical direction for new capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
- 5+ years leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Ability to work in the USA (CA, Santa Clara location specified).
