What you will do

• Design and implement agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith to reduce delivery time and cognitive load.
• Build reusable accelerators, templates, and shared services for engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Architect and build production LLM and ML-powered solutions for digital journeys and call-center workflows.
• Develop end-to-end systems using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web stacks like React and Next.js.
• Operate production LLM systems, including RAG and agent-based architectures, using Databricks.
• Mentor engineers and establish shared AI-first development standards, patterns, and documentation.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building production AI/ML systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Production experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) and orchestration tools (MCPs).
• Experience with Databricks, including Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
• Must be based in the United States.
