What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance software tools and automation solutions for engineering workflows.
• Apply AI/ML end-to-end to improve tool capability, automation, decision support, and workflow efficiency.
• Build and integrate intelligent features such as data-driven automation, predictive capabilities, and workflow optimization.
• Contribute to architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI/ML-enabled software tools.
• Evaluate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks to drive innovation in engineering productivity and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in AI/ML, Data Science/Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 6 months of experience in software development for engineering applications, automation tools, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML technologies in software systems.
• Programming experience with Python, C++, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with software design, development, testing, and debugging in a collaborative environment.
• On-site presence required in the United States (primary location: Phoenix, Arizona; additional location: Hillsboro, Oregon).
