What you will do

• Drive the development of Object Bank mandates and communicate the game vision across the production floor.
• Establish scope, create long-term roadmaps and schedules, define deliverables, and manage budgets.
• Develop and implement workflows and pipelines to optimize interaction between multidisciplinary team members.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with outsourcing companies across various time zones.
• Set clear goals for team members and ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Anticipate project risks and implement proactive plans of action to overcome them.

Requirements

• Strong experience in production or project management within the video game industry.
• Proven track record of working with outsourcing companies and managing deliverables.
• Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
