What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions to accelerate database migrations to AWS.
• Build and enhance schema conversion engines that transform database objects and stored procedures across multiple source/target pairs.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities to automate complex code conversion tasks.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices deployed across 29+ AWS regions.
• Analyze existing database architectures to determine optimal migration and conversion strategies.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and design reviews.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting systems with a focus on design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, and build processes.
• Knowledge of source control management, testing, and operations.
