What you will do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for large global enterprise clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities by demonstrating new features and use cases.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for GCP and BigQuery to help clients optimize their data infrastructure.
- Translate complex client requests into actionable product features and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Oversee support tickets and coordinate with technical teams to resolve critical issues.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions, requiring shifted working hours to align with US time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Technical Customer Success.
- Deep, hands-on technical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work shifted hours to support US-based clients.
- Ability to quickly master the Rabbit product suite and underlying architecture.
