What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of ancillary streams, including internal products and third-party partner services.
• Analyze product performance and touchpoint efficiency to implement continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to prioritize the digital development backlog and optimize sales channels.
• Monitor daily performance against budgets and conduct monthly competitor benchmarking.
• Manage partner accounts, including tenders, contracting, financial monitoring, and relationship management.
• Lead the full product development cycle from concept and business case preparation to implementation.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of professional experience, preferably in aviation or creative business development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital, Economics, or Marketing.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written).
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
