What you will do
- Translate product vision and business strategy into clear, actionable user stories for Agile teams.
- Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring proper prioritization, refinement, and alignment with delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
- Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria and support acceptance testing activities.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and participate in Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, reviews, and PI planning.
- Monitor delivery risks and ensure consistent compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Agile product or requirements delivery within a technology environment.
- Proven experience in backlog management and user story creation.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools like Jira.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be based in Hungary.
Nice to have
- Experience working in regulated environments such as clinical, medical, or GxP.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and quality standards (FDA, CE, GCP).
- Experience with medical devices or healthcare data systems.
