TL;DR

IT Process and Test Specialist (SAP): Managing and enhancing enterprise process and test management platforms including SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM with an accent on AI-supported testing and digital adoption. Focus on translating business needs into product roadmaps, driving process documentation standards, and ensuring scalable operation of IT tooling.

Location: Pécs, Hungary (Remote options and flexible hours available; travel approx. 10% required)

What you will do

  • Own and manage the lifecycle of SAP Signavio, including Process Manager and Collaboration Hub.
  • Oversee SAP Cloud ALM Test Management and implement AI-driven test automation for high-quality delivery.
  • Administer WalkMe as the primary platform for digital guidance and user onboarding.
  • Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, functional specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Provide expert consulting to project and product teams on process design and test strategies.
  • Plan and manage product-related costs, including budgeting and forecasting for platform scaling.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP Signavio and/or SAP Cloud ALM Test Management.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and AI-supported testing methodologies.
  • Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of German is welcome.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements.
  • Must be located in or able to commute to Pécs, Hungary.

Nice to have

  • Experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
  • Familiarity with LeanIX or other enterprise architecture tools.
