What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Canvas Career team to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
• Take full accountability for product outcomes, from initial investment decisions to performance tracking.
• Build and ship iteratively, using success metrics to guide the roadmap and future development.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to drive efficiency and reduce time-to-validation.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver value at speed.
• Mentor newer product managers and model effective product thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning product outcomes and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong proficiency with product analytics tools such as Pendo or Amplitude.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex trade-offs clearly.
• Bias toward action and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary, for hybrid collaboration.
