What you will do

• Lead and execute penetration tests across web applications, mobile apps, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Drive red team engagements and help shape advanced technical service offerings.
• Support scoping and pre-engagement discussions to align projects with client risk.
• Coach and mentor consultants through regular 1:1s, focusing on skill development and career progression.
• Collaborate with management to improve internal processes, tooling, and overall service quality.
• Monitor team performance and build plans for scaling operations across the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security or Computer Science.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, GWAPT, GPEN, GXPN, OSEP, OSWE, OSED, or BSCP.
• Must be based in Canada.
