Salary: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Act as the technical authority for installations, migrations, configurations, and security enhancements.
• Lead technical workshops and manage complex service deployments for enterprise and public sector clients.
• Mentor Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft representatives to troubleshoot and configure MS Teams and security tools.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at trade shows and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, Canada.
• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 10+ years of progressively senior industry experience.
• Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate certifications.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
