What you will do

• Act as the primary client point of contact across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead project kickoff, planning, execution, and closure; run status meetings and provide stakeholder updates.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, proactively manage risks and roadblocks, and handle change requests.
• Lead issue resolution and escalate concerns to maintain client satisfaction and project success.
• Contribute to project management best practices and process improvements to support scalability and client outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Experience with Sage X3 (or also SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven delivery of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required.
