Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Travel up to 25% required for client sites and offices in Fargo, ND and Minneapolis, MN.

What you will do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, ensuring career growth and performance excellence.
- Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365 projects as a player-coach, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine project management methodologies, tools, and internal processes.
- Balance team capacity and resourcing across multiple priorities and delivery departments.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with client stakeholders.
- Act as an escalation point for project risks and team interpersonal issues.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada (no visa sponsorship).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with ERP or CRM implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in people management and team leadership.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- PMP, CSM, or CAPM certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- Background in establishing or improving PMO processes and templates.
