What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional and technical IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Partner with functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and technical feasibility.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Use metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive internal process improvements and advocate for change management across teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and spreadsheets.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and assignments.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
