Project Manager (Public Safety)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of Public Safety software implementation projects from contract award to go-live.
• Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as the primary NEC representative for customer organizations and emergency services.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and third-party contractors.
• Manage project budgets and provide accurate reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Handle escalations and ensure project delivery meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale software implementations.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent project management qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to undergo SC (Security Check) clearance.
• Right to work and travel within the UK.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Nice to have

• Experience working within the public safety or emergency services sector.
• Experience with service transition and go-live support.
