What you will do

• Drive pricing strategy for the product and services portfolio, including price setting, packaging, and monetization approaches.
• Build and lead a pricing center of excellence to elevate pricing discipline and governance across the organization.
• Conduct robust customer value research, including CLTV, value drivers, and willingness-to-pay analysis.
• Analyze market demographics and performance trends to identify pricing optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to influence strategic direction and executive decision-making.
• Orchestrate monetization policies and processes across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SaaS pricing and packaging.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills to build data-driven financial business cases.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for high-visibility executive interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, Texas headquarters
