What you will do
- Design and develop AI-powered applications focusing on Agentic AI and LLM workflows.
- Build scalable software services, APIs, and orchestration layers to connect AI models.
- Contribute to the training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of AI models and ML components.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for model training, retrieval, and monitoring.
- Implement testing strategies and benchmarks to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating LLM capabilities into backend systems and building AI-enabled apps.
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures, preferably AWS.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- Hands-on experience with multi-step orchestration patterns and tool-use workflows.
