What you will do

• Lead technical direction and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and propose AI-enabled automation solutions.
• Develop long-term vision and strategic plans for solution architecture and delivery.
• Define, document, and govern application architecture, integrations, and interfaces for enterprise solutions.
• Drive engineering practices, coding standards, and delivery benchmarks within Agile teams.
• Design and develop integrated business solutions within the Azure cloud ecosystem.
• Mentor and coach other developers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse and data modeling.
• Experience working within Waterfall and/or Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or Azure AI services.
• Microsoft Power Platform Certification(s).
• Background in the Insurance industry or LOMA coursework (ALMI designation).
• Experience with data migration and data integration.
