Salary: $141,800.00-$173,300.00 annually (target pay range). Full pay range: $110,100.00-$204,900.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead development efforts for small to mid-sized engineering teams building, testing, and delivering high-quality software on the PEGA platform.
• Design and build highly available, scalable multi-tier PEGA applications with end-to-end workflows, advanced business rules, and API integration.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts using PEGA capabilities, including Pega “Blueprint” AI features.
• Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to secure coding and engineering standards.
• Architect technical solutions with architects and product owners, defining system design, technical roadmaps, and long-term vision.
• Manage data and integrations using enterprise databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos DB) and front-end integrations (React/Angular) supporting PEGA solutions.

Requirements

• Residency: must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA.
• 5+ years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment with hands-on expertise in Pega for workflow and case management.
• Experience delivering highly scalable solutions across the full product lifecycle.
• Secure development experience using static code analysis tools to identify and correct secure coding flaws.
• CI/CD experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Services, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity; proficiency building PEGA build/deployment pipelines.
• Strong testing experience (unit, integration, and/or performance/load testing) and Git experience (code reviews, pull requests, branching standards like Git Flow or Trunk-Based Development).
