What you will do

• Design and deploy Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, and complex Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop).
• Architect Dataverse data models and build custom API connectors to enterprise systems (SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365).
• Drive Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with code quality and governance standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, demonstrate solutions, and iterate with stakeholders.
• Implement Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI to deliver AI-augmented workflows.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400) OR Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Platform development with at least two end-to-end enterprise projects.
• Deep expertise in Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Power FX, custom connectors, REST API integrations, and the MS365 ecosystem.
• Practical experience with Power Platform ALM, including environment strategy and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Work remotely from Mexico.

Nice to have

• (PL-500) Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer.
• Early experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
