What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of the P&C compliance program and strategy.
• Oversee compliance with federal and state insurance laws across claims, underwriting, and product administration.
• Identify and monitor compliance risks, developing effective controls and mitigation strategies.
• Direct SOX compliance activities, including control design assessments and operating effectiveness testing.
• Manage fraud and OFAC risk management efforts in collaboration with the Special Investigations Unit.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, and the resolution of compliance findings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (remote eligibility contingent upon resident state).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, or risk management.
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance operations and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, insurance, or legal studies preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CPCU, CCEP, CFE, or CAMS are highly preferred.
