What you will do

• Provide expert guidance and 2nd line challenge on AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC compliance programs.
• Manage specialized functions or areas across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Partner with business lines to develop and implement effective risk management controls.
• Handle regulatory reviews, including inquiries, audits, and exams.
• Identify and lead resolution for complex project/program requirements.
• Represent FCRM on internal or external committees relating to designated business activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Mount Laurel, NJ area)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in AML, ATF, Sanctions, or ABAC.
• Expert knowledge of business and operational functions in financial crime risk.
• Ability to work independently and manage a specialized compliance function.
