What you will do

• Operate and maintain production cloud environments within Microsoft Azure.
• Drive platform modernization through containerization and cloud-native technology adoption.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity using modern observability tools.
• Lead incident response activities, troubleshooting production issues, and performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Develop automation tooling and scripts to improve deployment efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure operational compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and PCI-DSS.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud Operations, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Expertise in troubleshooting distributed systems across infrastructure and networking layers.
• Experience using Git and GitHub-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and configuration management via Ansible.
• Knowledge of GitOps methodologies using Argo CD or Flux.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and modern observability practices.
• Linux systems administration experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
