Supply Chain Analyst (Logistics)

Focus on identifying supply constraints, optimizing inventory levels, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Support the monthly S&OP cycle, focusing on demand signals and supply planning analysis.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards in Excel and BI to track forecast accuracy, availability, and inventory levels.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis and data-led recommendations for product launches, activations, and exclusives.
• Ensure data hygiene by validating inputs and reconciling anomalies across planning systems.
• Partner with commercial, finance, and logistics teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
• Document repeatable reporting processes to improve overall team efficiency.

Requirements

• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and interpret complex data.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and logical formulas.
• Experience in data cleaning and structuring for analysis.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for a hybrid schedule.
