What you will do

• Create reports, analyze data, and share insights across Inbound and Outbound Logistics to improve business performance.
• Develop and update actionable reports and dashboards using Power BI and other query tools.
• Monitor carrier accounts, including performance, invoicing, and payments, to reduce costs and improve service.
• Track and report inbound freight, duty, demurrage, and warehousing costs from origin to receipt.
• Manage month-end close for inbound logistics, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Develop KPIs for cost per unit, on-time-in-full delivery, and container utilization.

Requirements

• Passion for logistics, operations, and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Power ecosystem.
• Strong command of Excel and Office 365.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass Right to Work, credit, and CIFAS checks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL or other command coding skills.
• Experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or returns environments.
• Knowledge of international shipping locations.
• Experience with financial processing, budget management, or 3rd party carrier management.
