What you will do

• Lead medium to large projects or workstreams within a complex transformation program.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including RFP delivery and design authority coordination.
• Control project budgets, resources, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to steering committees and program boards.
• Coach and mentor team members on change management and project delivery best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex change projects with competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project governance.
• Experience in structuring, planning, and delivering RFPs.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or York, UK.
• Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
