What you will do

  • Configure Workday modules for Order to Cash to meet business needs.
  • Design business processes, workflows, organizational structures, and security models.
  • Support integrations by partnering with the technical integration team on discovery, design, and testing.
  • Configure and maintain Workday security (policies, roles, and role assignments) and support internal/external audit evidence.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports (including matrix and composite reports) using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, including documentation and review.
  • Analyze impacts of Workday releases/updates on reporting and recommend/apply changes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Workday support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday implementation tools: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad.
  • Strong Workday Finance reporting skills, including Advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance information systems, data models, organization structures, and roles.
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and handle planned and unplanned responsibilities in a challenging environment.
