What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and downstream payroll and finance systems.
• Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Own critical data flows for recruiting, onboarding, and position management processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Workday or HRIS integrations.
• Strong expertise with Workday integration tools including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, specifically payroll, benefits, and compensation.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Americas.

• Experience integrating ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
• Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale HR platform transformations.
• Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise systems.
