What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and downstream payroll and finance systems.
- Manage the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Own critical data flows for recruiting, onboarding, and position management processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Workday or HRIS integrations.
- Strong expertise with Workday integration tools including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, specifically payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Must be based in the Americas.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
- Workday Integration Certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR platform transformations.
- Exposure to AI and automation capabilities within enterprise systems.
