What you will do

• Take a user problem from rough idea to a shipped interface: write the brief, design the flow, prototype, and ship.
• Own the full loop using AI tools, Figma, or code to accelerate while keeping editorial taste and quality.
• Design new interactions when the user problem requires something beyond existing design system components.
• Solve from first principles and push details to where the product feels trustworthy.
• Work in small pods aligned to a metric, measuring progress by user impact.
• Collaborate closely with 2–3 people and give direct feedback to anyone, raising blockers early.

Requirements

• Genuine product/UI design craft with a track record of shipping interfaces used by real people.
• Strong visual sensibility, high standards for craft, and an eye for detail; know when AI-generated UI is wrong and how to fix it.
• Experience producing interfaces using AI tools, Figma, or code (output method is flexible; result quality is not).
• Ability to operate on measurable outcomes and explain which metric moved.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shipping iteratively with experimentation (including AB tests).
• Fluency in English is required.
