TL;DR

Senior UX/UI Designer (CRO): Designing and optimizing high-performing digital experiences and landing pages for blue-chip clients with an accent on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation. Focus on end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing, leveraging tokenized design systems to maximize user engagement and business growth.

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (average of four days a week in the office)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop detailed user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes optimized for experimentation.
  • Create pixel-perfect UI designs using persuasive patterns and psychological triggers while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Utilize and support tokenized design systems in Figma to ensure scalability and consistency across multi-brand environments.
  • Collaborate with CRO Strategists, Web Analysts, and Developers in an agile squad to manage experimentation pipelines.
  • Translate user feedback, behavioral analytics, and statistical test results into actionable, iterative design recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK (hybrid 4 days/week).
  • Deep mastery of Figma, specifically using design tokens to manage styling variables and cross-platform consistency.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a data-driven design process and successful A/B test variations for landing pages or user flows.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology, persuasive design, and platform-specific UX/UI guidelines.
  • Solid understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, JS) and web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  • Proven ability to design distinct user journeys for multiple sub-brands within a core systemic framework.
