Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

Designer (UI/UX): Creating creative content and visual guidelines for CRM and loyalty projects with an accent on digital experiences and brand consistency. Focus on visualizing customer journeys, developing master templates, and integrating generative AI tools into the design workflow.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in London and able to work from the office an average of 4 days a week.

What you will do

• Design and define visual guidelines and master templates for CRM.
• Advise on the visual identity of content for emails, SMS, apps, paid/social media, and loyalty programs.
• Create high-quality content assets, illustrations, icons, and logos within existing guidelines.
• Visualize strategies and customer journeys to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
• Conceptualize and execute consumer-facing digital experiences from initial ideation to approval.
• Collaborate with Experience Strategists, Account Directors, and tech developers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience within an advertising or in-house agency.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and preferably After Effects).
• Experience working in PowerPoint, including the use of animations.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, specifically Claude, and proficiency in prompting.
• Ability to produce strong graphic design concepts and strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
• High degree of fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with illustration, conceptual design, and/or brand design.
