What you will do

• Own and lead the Claims Digital Platform roadmap for SME insurance.
• Prioritize digital claims journeys including FNOL, document capture, and settlement communications.
• Manage and provide direction to a team of Product Owners supporting technology delivery.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple squads, third-party suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in underwriting, pricing, compliance, and finance to ensure alignment.
• Ensure platform changes meet regulatory, risk, accessibility, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning digital platforms in insurance claims.
• Expertise in delivering claims management workflow solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Experience leading and managing Product Owners or equivalent roles.
• Deep understanding of SME insurance claims journeys, from notification to settlement.
• Ability to manage complex digital change and integrations with policy admin and finance systems.
• Location: Must be based in London
