TL;DR

Product Manager (Microsoft 365): Driving the adoption and continuous improvement of hirify.global World, a global digital collaboration platform with an accent on employee engagement and productivity. Focus on managing the product roadmap, integrating Microsoft 365 and Viva Suite, and overseeing the transition from program delivery to business-as-usual.

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week in London, UK)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary product owner for hirify.global World, managing the roadmap, feature rollouts, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Align the product roadmap with global business priorities and digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee the transition from program implementation to business-as-usual (BAU), including service desk integration.
  • Contribute to the global digital workplace strategy, specifically aligning Microsoft Viva tools with objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners supporting the platform delivery.
  • Collaborate with global business units to translate collaboration needs into technical M365 solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, digital transformation, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva Suite.
  • Proven track record of executing global Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap development.
  • Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder engagement skills across global geographies.
  • Must be able to work hybridly in Central London (2–3 days onsite per week).

Nice to have

  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions.
