What you will do

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on commercial strategy and risk mitigation.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex national and international contracts.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel for high-profile proceedings.
• Oversee data protection projects and ensure compliance with GDPR and cross-border regulations.
• Lead major legal projects including M&A, restructuring, and due diligence processes.
• Design training programs for management and mentor junior legal staff.

Requirements

• University degree in law (state examination) and qualified lawyer license.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an international company or law firm.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Expertise in German and international commercial law, contract law, and data protection.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
