What you will do
- Lead complex actuarial and finance change initiatives across Group Finance and Enterprise-Wide Finance teams.
- Provide senior technical oversight for Solvency II, IFRS 17, capital, reserving, and reporting.
- Define project scope, governance, milestones, risks, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Data, IT, and Operations to translate technical outputs into business insights.
- Oversee changes to actuarial models, reporting processes, and control frameworks.
- Manage and develop colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualified Actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent) or relevant technical professional experience.
- Strong experience leading complex actuarial, finance, or technical change projects.
- Solid technical grounding in actuarial, finance, capital, or modelling disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Solvency II, IFRS 17, or comparable regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage project governance, risks, and dependencies.
- Confidence in influencing and working with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in consultancy, PRT, or matching adjustment.
- Familiarity with FIS Prophet or large-scale model/reporting change.
