What you will do

• Serve as a lead technician/technical design specialist/supervisor for conceptual and detailed design activities within an electrical engineering discipline.
• Use digital design tools (CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables.
• Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating across departments, teams, and stakeholders.
• Establish, communicate, and enforce design and graphic standards; review project requirements and design inputs for correct formats, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate deliverable presentations and electronic applications; monitor production for consistency with budget and schedule.
• Lead or support development of new/updated design applications and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of design guides and standards.

Requirements

• Typically 15+ years of related work experience.
• Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology required.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements if selected (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search).
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
