Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution and product engineering of AI deployments within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Architect deployment solutions that meet enterprise-grade requirements for performance, reliability, and security.
• Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to close product gaps and meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate directly with customer engineering organizations and senior technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Rapidly debug and unblock issues in mission-critical production environments.
• Act as a feedback loop between the field and core engineering teams to drive platform evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, or DevOps with direct customer impact.
• Native or near-native French language skills.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Strong technical depth in TypeScript, Node.js, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure), and databases.
• Proven track record of leading deep technical deployments in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems, including vector databases and prompt orchestration.
