What you will do

• Work directly with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare teams to understand clinical workflows.
• Deploy, customize, and integrate AI products into real-world production environments.
• Build customer-specific integrations, automations, and workflows.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into working systems and actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn recurring patterns into scalable products.
• Drive continuous service improvement plans and quality delivery across the technology stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, product, or consulting roles within SaaS environments.
• Ability to build quickly, iterate in production, and solve problems end to end.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English required.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable code for sprint pipelines.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills across diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, including LLMs, voice, or agents.
• Ability to work with APIs, data, and modern web stacks; JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with EHR integrations, APIs, or data pipelines.
• Healthtech experience.
• Background in customer-facing engineering roles.
